We will meet you on the day of arrival at the apartment to give you keys and show you around the apartment or you will have an option of self-check-in. Our check-in time would be anytime after 3:00 pm and check-out time of 11:00 am. However, if the property you are renting is vacant or the previous guest has checked out earlier than 11:00 am, we will most certainly be able to accommodate you for an earlier check-in time than scheduled. We also offering for our guests fun learning experiences, like how to make Futomaki Sushi!

Ran Fridman, does not only run and manage a real estate and service company for University of Chicago students; he is also very fond of making sushi for his friends and clients! As a matter of fact, it was his friends who encouraged him to offer sushi classes and share his passion for food. Sushi making kits and ingredients for the class will be provided, so you will only need to bring yourself and your love for sushi! You can bring your friends and eat together while making Futomaki Sushi!
