The starting fee is 10 - 20 % of revenue depends on the number of properties or a minimum of $ 350 per month/unit. This includes managing your Airbnb listing as a co-host, monitoring prices, answering all online inquiries, and confirming bookings. We can also assist you with cleaning, maintenance, and other issues that may arise with your guests for additional fees. 

PLACE YOUR PROPERTY ON OUR SUPER HOST AIRBNB ACCOUNT AND WE WILL USE OUR SOFTWARES TO MAXIMIZE YOUR PROFIT

You can also choose the option to place your property under our Superhost Airbnb Account and we will manage it for 25-30% of revenue depends on the number of properties or a minimum of $350 per month. In this option, we will manage everything for you, which includes your listings, regular cleanings and maintenance, and guest interaction!  

Your listing on our Superhost Airbnb Account will be optimized and managed to stand-out in the jam-packed market and we can also regularly analyze your listing to make sure it is competitively priced especially during pick seasons and local events as this really does impact your revenue and bookings. Fridman Properties adjust rates for BIG returns. It is your asset, so, we will list it on your own terms. You get to decide when the property is available for booking.
