SUBLEASE YOUR

ROOM/APARTMENT

Will you be spending your summer or winter break on vacation and leaving your rented apartment in the meantime?  Why not sublease it so you do not have to pay the rent when in fact you are not using it?

Most landlords do not allow subleasing, but at FRIDMAN PROPERTIES, if you rent from us, and we are your landlord, we will even find the lessee for your apartment so that why you are away, someone is paying your rent for you!  Simple.

IN TYPICAL APARTMENTS

Subleasing is a BIG NO with other landlords, but not with FRIDMAN PROPERTIES.

​

Even if you can find another landlord that will permit subleasing, you need to have storage space elsewhere, if in case the subleasing tenant wants to bring their own things.  Arranging moving and storage with other companies will have you spending your entire vacation budget!

Imagine the how hassle that would be!

(minimum of 3 months)

We will provide the boxes and packaging supplies you will need for a minimal fee.  Plus we will pick up your items store them in our own facilities so that when you return, we will simply deliver it right back to your apartment the minute you return!  You may also opt not to move your things and allow the subleasing tenant to use them!

We will take care of finding a trustworthy sublesee for you! 

in FRIDMAN PROPERTIES

CONDITIONS:

  1. The subleasing contract shall be a minimum of 3 months.

  2. The subleasing contract is separate from the existing lease contract.

  3. You shall still be liable to pay your monthly rent through the subleasing tenant.

  4. The  subleasing fee shall be $150 or 15% of the subleasing sales, whichever is higher, to be remitted to Fridman Properties every end of the month.
