SMS Program Terms
Program name: Fridman Properties Rental Tours and Resident Notifications.
Fridman Properties LLC sends text messages to people who check the SMS consent box on our tour booking, open house, rental inquiry, maintenance request or rental analysis forms. The messages cover: tour confirmations, door access codes, tour reminders, schedule changes, replies to your rental inquiry, and service and maintenance updates. We do not send marketing texts to rental prospects.
Consent is not a condition of booking a tour, renting a property or using our services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop messages, reply STOP. You will get one confirmation text and no more messages. To start again, reply START.
